This is my parents' dog, who I loved. My mother named him Bogart, Bogey for short. Sorry, I had nothing to do with it, it wasn't my fault. But he was sweet and loving, and the cutest little thing. We had owned him since I was 12, and he was 8 here. On April 30, 2001 he was put to sleep at age nine. He'd been very sick, and it was best. I loved him very much, and miss him terribly.

I'm a big animal fan, and to me, they're just like people. That's why I don't understand why some people are so offended by the ideas of evolution. So we shared a common ancestor or two with some of the other animal species. So what? There are animals that I like a whole lot better than people.
