Okay, I admit. I went a little overboard tonight. Chalk it up to depression over the tiny loss. When I'm upset, I eat. Hence the need for Weight Watchers in the first place. Fortunately, I had banked points to use. I'm just going to be very, very, very good for the rest of this week.

Not as good news today as I had last Sunday. But I still lost weight, and I guess that's the important thing. I need to examine what I'm doing and what I might do better. I don't want to only lose one pound per week. I mean, yes, it's progress. But it's extremely slow progress and I think I can do better.
