Good day today. Had some candy. Probably not the best snack I could have chosen, but I had so many points left over and we were at Blockbuster . . . Couldn't help myself. I don't consider it too great a fall from grace, since I did so well with points this week, and drank lots of water, and got some exercise. Weigh in is in the morning. Wish me luck!

For a day that started with a migraine, this turned out okay. Got a little walking in, but not enough that I'd count it as exercise. Still, it's better than nothing. And I took the stairs a lot.

Not bad today, and I actually got some exercise! Well, a little. I had to walk across campus and back, and I walked very briskly. Also, note that I have finally gotten my "before" picture up. When I've lost another 2.5 pounds (which would make it my first ten) I'll post another one to show the difference. I'll keep that up until I have one picture of me at 224 and one of me at 135. I can't wait!

Another good day. A good day in general, I think, which always makes the rest easier. Much easier to turn away from the stuff I shouldn't eat when I'm already feeling so good about myself and I know that sticking to this will only make me feel better. Didn't make the exercise. Oh well.

This post is a little funny because it's actually Friday, Saturday and Sunday all in one. I had some trouble with my computer on Friday, and I was with my hubby all day on Saturday, so I couldn't post until now. Hopefully this will not be a recurring problem. By the way, it should be assumed by all that I'm doing a little dance of glee for having such a huge weight loss in my very first week. I'm happier than I can say.
